Tatia's is named after our founder’s middle name, and our logo is inspired by the hibiscus flower - symbolizing beauty, confidence, and the vibrant spirit of our Pacific heritage.
We take great pride in our craft and the values we uphold.

Our journey begins with the Cookie Fix - a collection of thoughtfully crafted cookies - and we're excited to bring you even more food creations in the future!
Inspired by childhood favourites and tropical flavours, we blend modern tastes with the classic Pacific and Kiwiana experience.

I'm Louise, Founder and Creative Director of Tatia's.
Born and raised in Samoa, I left behind my family, friends, and a promising career in public health at 28 in 2016 - all for love!
Growing up in a kitchen always filled with the aroma of cooking sparked my passion for food and sharing its joy. Ever since I could walk, you'd find me taking things apart just to understand how they worked (like earphones or a VCR machine, lol, curious by nature!). I also never passed up the chance to sit and listen to my elders, especially my grandfather's stories. An Orator and High Chief from Sale'imoa, he was one of Samoa's highly respected plantation farmers, cultivating pineapple, watermelon, taro, and more. He’d also make the most beautiful i’a ma le fiu (fish with ginger), a dish I’ll always treasure. My surroundings shaped my creativity and storytelling, influencing everything I do today.
In 2019, as a stay-at-home mum, I finally had the time to bring my dream to life. After two years of planning, COVID delays, and brainstorming, I launched Tatia’s on my birthday in 2022 - yep, calculated. Lol!
Tatia, my middle name and my grandmother’s, honours my family, especially my parents, whose sacrifices shaped who I am today.

I'm Isaac, Co-founder, Business Director and Chief Cookie of Tatia's.
With more than a decade of experience supporting businesses with growth, my vision is to support Louise bringing the joy of Tatia's to all of New Zealand, and the Pacific.
I am adventurous, passionate, and love food. I believe New Zealand and the Pacific have something very special to offer the world, and I'm excited with what we can bring to the table!

INGREDIENTS
Great experiences begin with the basics, which is why we use top-quality ingredients in everything we create.
Some of our favourites include locally sourced organic free-range eggs, Whittaker's Chocolate, Anchor Butter, Edmonds Flour, and Savai'i Popo Coconut Cream from Samoa.
